As we got ready to leave L.A., I was once again overwhelmed by the miracles and blessings that have come into my life. As we drove to LAX, early Sunday morning, I must admit that tears of gratitude began to flow from this former gang-banger's eyes. Change DOES happen, and I am walking proof of that.

I was a little tired as we stepped off the plane...that reminds me of the Ice Cube song: My Summer Vacation--"stepped off the plane, two former gang-bangers, ex-crack slangers! "
